This is geared to people looking to get away from the rat race in a very safe & quiet area in a basic glamping cabin where you bring your camping supplies & bedding to put on the comfortable beds. This is not a suitable place for louder guests.
We are almost mosquito free thanks to our bats & don't have any theft issues. We only permit registered guests onto our gated property & have security cameras monitoring anyone coming in.
There is a wood stove for heat (which you could cook on as well), a small table & chairs & a futon.
Well behaved children & quiet, leashed pets (that don't go on the furniture) are welcome.
The bathroom is an outhouse which is shared with 2 other cabins.
It is a 5 minute walk to our Chilliwack River beach which has great fishing on the one side & the other side is more like a lake in the summer on the other side. You can ATV directly out of our gate onto unlimited trails & logging roads. The Trans Canada Trail passes by our property which has 1300' of Chilliwack River Frontage.
$137. is based on triple occupancy on a 2 night regular weekend stay & includes the taxes & Airbnb fee. Midweek prices are less & there is a discount for weekly stays.
This cabin is located beside 2 other cabins located in a very quiet & private area of our Tamihi Meadows RV Park where we focus on peace & quiet & it's where our very calm & gentle horses roam free. These cabins are booked through Airbnb, the links being on our Tamihi Meadows site under "Cabins." Please make sure you read the whole Airbnb listing before booking to avoid any unwanted surprises as these are fishermen's cabins. (I do have more modern ones in a different area overlooking the Chilliwack River).
