Construction company selling our Skidded 10' x 40' Office Trailer because we have decided to purchase a new one. The trailer needs to be refloored (flooring has been removed already) and the interior could use a fresh coat of paint. All electrical circuits, lights and heater work fine. The baseboard heaters have been removed to allow for the walls to be painted but they can be reinstalled at your request.

Also, there was some minor damage to the roof which has been patched but there was some water that entered the hole, so it's recommended that in the next year or so that area from the roof to floor be opened up and fully inspected/repaired.
