Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Full-time supervision and coordination of trades
- prepare and maintain construction schedule, maintain health and safety standards, conduct hazard assessments, lead toolbox meetings and site orientation, and provide weekly progress reports with photos.
- Read blueprints and construction drawings
- Perform miscellaneous carpentry including finishing carpentry
- Follow all WorkSafe BC and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and report any unsafe acts or conditions to management.
Education required:
Blueprint reading/technical training preferred
Experience Required:
3-5 years Commercial and institutional construction site supervision
Finishing carpentry.
