Handyman needed for apartment renovations and repairs.
We’re a real estate company based in Vancouver and have a need for an experienced handy person to join our team. We have 100 apartments in 2 neighboring buildings in Maple Ridge, a 36 unit apartment building in Cloverdale and a 38 unit townhouse complex in Aldergrove. There are a couple of unit turnovers each month- some just need a quick paint touch up and some need a full reno. We have 3 other maintenance staff who you’d be working with.
Examples of work include drywall repairs, minor plumbing, painting, vanity install, cupboard resurfacing, landscaping, Floor install, minor electrical, etc.
This would be a great opportunity for a younger jack of all trades who is able to schedule themselves and meet deadlines. Ideally we have someone who can help lead a team.
We can also offer an attractive rental apartment in Maple Ridge or Aldergrove if you’re interested.
* Must have a drivers license and no criminal record.
