Looking for a reliable contractor or skilled handyman to provide a quote for work on a floating rooftop patio wooden deck. The existing deck has some wear and tear and I am open to either a full repair or a complete rebuild with disposal of the old materials.
Project Details:
Dimensions: 168” x 118.25” (Approx. 14’ x 9.8’).
Design:
Floating rooftop deck (not anchored).
Slope Offset:
The height tapers to offset the patio’s slope, ranging from approximately 2.5” to 5.25”.
Scope:
Assess the existing deck for repair potential or provide a quote for a complete rebuild. If rebuilding, include the cost for the removal and disposal of all old decking materials.
Requirements:
Experience with floating or rooftop deck construction is preferred. Must provide a clear, written estimate. Please provide references or photos of previous deck/carpentry work.
