Busy industry leading collision company is seeking an experienced Red Seal Refinisher.
Busy industry leading custom shop is looking for a motivated and energized individual to fill a Automotive Prep Tech position
If you are looking for a way in, and have the ambition to learn and be a team player then this is the position for you. We are looking for an individual with prior auto collision repair experience
Candidate MUST :
*Hold a clean valid BCDL
*Be a team player
*Be punctual and reliable
*Open to full time shifts M-F 8-5
*Be prepared to suit up with safety equipment while at work. (boots, earplugs, safety glasses etc)
*Preference given to applicants with some prep experience
*Legal to work in Canada
Paint Tech Duties Description but not limited to:
*Safe work practices
* Ability to take direction and comply with shop operations
* Thorough working knowledge of industry refinishing/ repair procedures and standards
*Ability to work with little or no supervision
*Understand protocols and procedures to ensure vehicles are repaired with discretion and care
*Perform under pressure and meet targets/deadlines
*Be accountable for his/her workmanship in all aspects
*Respect the company’s mission to WOW our customers with quality and service.
*All paint work will be subject to a discerning quality control process
Experience with BASF products is an asset.
