General 130 14” Thickness Planer. Not General International, this is the original General brand. It has a stamped steel badge riveted to the front with "Made in Drummondville, Quebec". The serial number appears to date pre-1962, though I haven’t found an exact match for the serial number online yet to confirm.
It's done really well for me and I hate to sell it. But I have access to other shop equipment now through my job and it's simply taking up space in my garage.
It's in great shape. I can run a board or two through to show how well it works. It's on a mobile base that I will include with the sale. It's wired for 220V power. A picture of the plug has been included.
It weighs around 400lb. I had to borrow an engine hoist to lift it in and out of the trailer when I bought it, so you'll need to make some arrangements to help with that part.
