Note: This is a part-time position (20 hours per week max).

We are looking for another A player to join our growing team!

You:
1) have some computer troubleshooting experience -- level 1 (minimum) or level 2 (preferred).
1b) prior MSP experience an asset (with RMM tools such as ConnectWise, SyncroMSP, N-Able and Atera)
2) are patient, friendly, personable and have good customer service skills
3) are resourceful, self-motivated, detail-oriented and technology-savvy
4) can follow instructions and directions
5) have strong verbal and written English skills (proper spelling and grammar)
6) must sign an non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
7) work fast and can adapt to varying work loads
8) take good notes and follow-up when necessary -- this is important!
9) have great time management skills
10) (required) have a valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle for occasional on-site client work between Vancouver and Chilliwack.
11) You must reside between Langley and Chilliwack.
12) Bonus: You have some WordPress, Bootstrap and JavaScript experience.

Compensation:
- Negotiated hourly rate plus bonuses and perks.
- We compensate for travel outside of Abbotsford and provide a fuel allowance.
- Bonuses and perks: Performance bonuses (10% to 25%) and gift cards.

Available Hours/Shifts:
- Monday through Friday (flexible part-time; on-call shifts available)
- Possible weekend availability (if required; rarely happens)
