We’re looking for a versatile Digital Support Assistant with a blend of skills in marketing, web design, and some computer troubleshooting. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who's tech-savvy, creative, and solution-oriented. Ideally someone who can jump from updating a website or designing a marketing asset to diagnosing a computer issue or setting up software.
Hours: Approximately 30 to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with updating and maintaining company websites (WordPress/HTML/CSS)
- Support basic graphic design and branding efforts for digital campaigns (eg. using Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva)
- Help plan, schedule, and track marketing initiatives (social media, email, etc.)
- Contribute to online presence through SEO basics and content formatting
- Collaborate with team members on small projects involving both design and tech
Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable using CMS platforms (especially WordPress with Elementor)
- Familiar with basic HTML/CSS and design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Has some hands-on experience solving basic IT issues (Windows / MacOS)
- Organized, curious, and able to learn quickly
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- May lead to a full-time position within 12 months if you meet or exceed our requirements!
- Note: Must have a valid BC Driver's License with a reliable vehicle
