The person I rented off before up and moved without giving any notice leaving me in a predicament where I'm now couch surfing and that really cramps my style, not to mention it's easy to lose friends that way mixing my business life with my personal life. I have permanent income on disability and I'm also an escort with a perfect reputation and willing to pay my portion for the bills and food. I'm also a very quiet tenant. I don't listen to loud music and I don't ever have company over, all my work is also out calls so that would never be an issue as I like discretion, especially where I reside.
