We Need a RV pad to live on. (Maple ridge)

In search of:
Quiet, family of 3, looking for long term space to live full time in our well kept 37 foot fifth wheel. We are a keep to ourselves family and would respect your privacy and in turn expect the same from you.
Mom works full time in healthcare, Dad works from home online, as well as periodic mobile repair call outs. 9 year old son.
Ideal space would have city water, 50 amp 240 volt service and sewer and parking for 2 vehicles.
We could make 30 amp 120 volt work as long as there was a secondary seperate 15 amp 120 volt receptacle as well.
If sewer is not available at the pad, we have the means to transport in a tank to septic cover access on property, (atv with tank on trailer) or truck bed and tank to Sani dump off site (to be negotiated into rent.)
Outdoor space for a shed would be needed as Dad has a lot of tools. We would need space where tool noise would not be a problem (during certain times of the day if necessary), as Dad does all of our vehicle repairs.
Down the road we would like to get a 20 foot storage container placed in place of the shed, that we would be taking with us when we eventually leave. This would house our goods for our future cabin property.
Obviously we would tidy up the container to be esthetically appropriate. We are not interested in having a run down, tarp city junkyard area.

We have been full time for 13 years, before we landed in Abbotsford where we leased a suite on site for 10 years, where Dad worked as a repair and maintenance tech for various different farms. Lease expired and business went a different direction so we were forced to hop back into the RV as rent prices are crazy now for what you actually get. By bringing our own housing we get to keep our rent down, and you get to make some money for an unused space on your land. Win win for everyone.

Things to note, we are not interested in a work for rent or work for reduced rent exchange. We prefer to have a monthly rent and utilities agreement and stick to that. When it becomes work exchange for rent etc, one side always ends up resentful and feeling taken advantage of, and things go south.
We are looking for long term, 2 years plus, so we would like to keep things as basic as possible.

We are currently with family in Maple Ridge, where Mom has full time work. Our ideal area would be east Maple Ridge to West Mission. We would prefer to be on acreage or farm land, as city living in a fifth wheel will have bylaws knocking on your door. We are open to an industrial setting, depending on what is going on.

Bonus for option to have a small fire pit and a deck that of course, we would supply and take with us or remove when leaving. Alternatively, we could always work out an agreement to leave shed and deck as an offering point upselling point for future RV tenants.

If the above sounds like something you may be open to, please do not hesitate to respond via pm / email and we can meet up and see what each other is about.

Thank you if have made it this far, and we hope to hear from you soon.
