Senior couple with solid income making an early inquiry about long term rental of a house/townhouse or mobile home in the Agassiz/Rosedale area, Our home has to sell first and we expect to be able to move in August/September, possibly sooner. We would prefer a smaller house; no basement or main floor suite. Time frame is difficult to nail down but we can be somewhat flexible.
