Runs and drives.
Clean title.
Has been stored indoors the last 10 years. May have roof leaks that I do not know about as I have not ever had it out in the rain. Should have the roof resealed where needed.
3 way fridge works.
Central vacuum works.
Propane stove works.
Hot water tank works.
Toilet works with a new water valve and seal underneath.
Has living area and driving area A/C that both work.
Central gas heater works.
Brand new starter and solenoid.
Private bedroom in the back with doors that swing for privacy in the shower or the bathroom from the rest of the RV.
Needs new RV batteries and a generator for off grid living.
For long distance driving I recommend a tune up and a complete fluid change/service.
Has been used by me as a guest accommodation and not as a camping unit.
Well used by the previous owner but not abused.
136000 plus kilometers so not a trailer park princess.
