1990 Skipper (by Okanagan)approx 32ft tip of hitch to spare tire 5th wheel trailer. I took the time earlier this year to put a coat of paint on the outside as it was terribly faded to make it more appealing. Incredibly I'm guessing in the early 90s the whole under pan above the frame is metal front to back. Rodent protected no wood. I rescued this unit nearly five years ago as it was left behind at a farm down near zero Ave knowing it still had a lot of life left in it. The back inside of the unit was taken apart pretty muchdown to the studs except part of the rear ceiling. Wiring was messed with and the rear passenger window was unfortunately smashed out. All this was contained to 1/4 of the rear of the trailer. So as follows is what was done and replaced ........ rewired replaced lights and plugs replaced with another R V couch replaced wheel bearings rear axle fridge was removed had it tested middle comp board needs replacing to work again goes with it installed a med size bar fridge is included new from Wal mart. Apt size deep freeze included. Recling rocking chair included. Bran new spare tire never used. Replaced rear window & sealed. Installed laminated wood head board up front. New sewer hose and attachments replaced H/W tank cover and furnace tank covers outside were also removed when I got it. All outside running lights tail lights functioning perfectly. Replaced rv toilet existing one was broken as well as installed mirror towel racks a better shower handle I may have missed something but if your interested in taking a boo at it I'll probably remember. I was doing things to it bit by bit in free time but I'm selling it because I was fortunate to get another one brought down from the family so I don't need or have the room for two
I mentioned iwas gradually working on it so there's still a few things to take care of. Inside rear still need some finishing. Another coat of paint outside would spruce it up a bit more. Front crank for Jack's broke two years ago so it requires a small weld job to work again.when I moved it had one ton floor jack to jack up a couple notches to release from hitch. Also I lived in the trailer for four months after loosing my place in town two winters ago. I spent it up chwk lake at Thurston meadows it got pretty cold roughly minus 18ish . So to prevent using propane and saving it for the oven and the stove I used an oil heater and an electric fireplace(also included) and I also used a box heater. Kept it warm and cozy. Unfortunately I never had the chance to finish the process through ICBC to get papers for it so there is no papers I just had the first step which was the search done. I just had a plate on it where ever I moved it. The hot W/T and furnace do work plumbing was all good shower was good so it honestly has in my opinion a lot of years of use left and it tows as well as any newer one. I'm flexible price wise make me a reasonable offer and if you need a unit like this and want to avoid a tent when u go camping you'll be set and no bank payments. Text me no## will be below this.
