$800 Furnished room (+ wage) in Large home in exchange for help.

Beautiful furnished room in large estate house located close to downtown Mission *(10 min. drive).
This would suit a student or newcomer. Must have a vehicle or at least drivers license).
We are looking to exchange rent AND a monthly salary paid weekly dependent on hours worked and skillset and experience.
You must have good English comprehension and reasonable typing but excellent texting skills, must be proficient on the computer, know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Whatsapp etc. Suitable for a student who studies in the evening or part time or recent graduate for example.
We manage a few residential properties so having the ability to deal with renters would be ideal but we can also provide training. You would be spending time split between 2 properties. One in Vancouver and one in the Fraser Valley.
Would also consider a cleaner/mover/organizer without office skills and we can train.
You must be friendly and polite, able to do tasks quickly and efficiently, be able to handle some stress and not get flustered, good listening skills required... You would be part of a team of 2-3 (Caretakers/workers and the Owner/Landlord).
Your duties would include working with the Landlord from home, making phone calls, texting renters, typing, scanning and printing out contracts, keeping lists up to date, texting reminders and doing some cleaning and organizing, tabulating business receipts, packing boxes and moving and organizing Landlords personal items.
You would also help feeding and walking some small to medium friendly dogs, light meal prep in morning and other various duties as required.
A Driver's License required.
