One of my roommates is moving out at the end of December, so I’m looking for someone to take over the room starting January 1st (possibly a bit earlier if you need).
It’s a private bedroom in a clean, relaxed shared house in the Langley / Brookswood area. Good location, quiet neighborhood, close to pretty much everything.
About the Room / House:
- Decent-sized private room with closet (Not furnished)
- Shared bathroom (With one other person)
- In-house laundry
- Great WiFi
- Tons of driveway parking
- Shared kitchen & living room
- 120” Projector T.V. for movies and
game nights
- A small home Gym, set up in the garage
- Patio, with seating and heating
- Large fenced backyard, backing on to a green belt
- We have a Cat named MoMo
- Sorry no pets (at house limit)
- The house is tidy and everyone pitches in to keep it that way
Who We Are:
I’m Richard (36M), I run a landscaping business. Connor (32M) is a social worker. We’re both chill, respectful guys. Not a party house, but not strict either — just a normal, comfortable place to live. We’re into D&D and we’re 420 friendly.
Looking For:
- Someone responsible
- Pays rent on time
- Cleans up after themselves
- Working full time or a student
- No smoking inside
- Sorry, no pets (at house limit already)
- Single occupant only, sorry no couples.
