Your room is furnished with a new platform bed, large desk (‘w hutch), tower bookshelf, and table / chairs. There is a 42” TV, which will require a streaming device. Rent includes all utilities, Wifi, cable, landline, laundry (detergent and dryer sheets) and other household sundries.
You have access to all living areas, a soaker tub and flower & veggie gardens. There is also a workshop with assorted tools and workbench if you are an industrial hobbyist…
No hard drug use! No sleepovers more than one or two days per week. Parking on street only. A canine pet will be considered, if it appears compatible with resident pooch, who is very protective of people and property.
Rent is month-to-month, with 50% deposit. $800 for single, or $1,100 for a couple. Pet agreement tbd.
