The female owner who is a wedding florist occasionally uses the kitchen (mainly for water access to fill buckets of water for cut flowers), ensuring a well-maintained space. Since owner is female who will be accessing the space, we prefer female students who would like a safe living space as well that don’t mind young children being in the shared common area while owner is filling up water buckets for work.
