I'm looking to purchase a home in the Fraser Valley and am exploring the possibility of a rent-to-own, lease option, or vendor financing arrangement with the right seller.
A little about me:
I am a middle aged professional in the mental health field and business owner based in Abbotsford.
I have stable income, excellent references, and a genuine intention to purchase—not simply rent.
I'm looking for a long-term home and would take excellent care of your property as if it were already my own.
If your home has been on the market for a while, you're planning to retire, relocate, or simply don't need all of your equity immediately, a creative purchase arrangement could benefit us both. I'm flexible and willing to work with a lawyer to develop an agreement that protects both parties.
Ideally, I'm looking for:
Fraser Valley (Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Langley, or surrounding areas)
up to 2000 sq ft
3+ bedrooms preferred
Detached home or single floor rancher
Wood burning fireplace would be amazing (but not essential)
My preference is East Abbotsford or Sumas Prairie but I'm open
