Seeking part-time Estimator position in construction industry (Abbotsford/Mission/Chilliwack)

I am a passionate construction management individual looking for a part-time and work-from-home opportunity in the Abbotsford/Mission/Chilliwack area preferably in the construction industry. Can meet once a week to discuss strategy.

Some of the things that I am/was doing at my jobs are/were:

• Contacting general contractors and asking them for tender invites (I know how to find direct contact/emails of general contractors and can pass on your company's word of mouth to potential clients)
• Analyzing labor, material, and time requirements for the required scope of a commercial project
• Estimating costs by looking at specs and construction drawings
• Presenting cost estimates to upper management
• Preparing reports detailing all of the costs going into a project
• Working with the sales team to prepare proposals
• Following up with clients (mainly general contractors, home builders, property management firms, etc.) based on quotes submitted and negotiating (if required) to win the project

Project Management:
• Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Breaking projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Liaising with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
• Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management
• Making sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve
• Overseeing project procurement management
• Monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise
• Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants
• Working with various stakeholders to eliminate blockers

I also have experience in marketing management and was also working as an E-commerce manager (handling online marketing, website development, strategy, etc.) for one construction-related e-commerce startup that was supplying construction products to general contractors, home builders, architects/designers, homeowners, property management firms, etc. in the US. I managed it completely from the dream phase to reality. I handled website design, online reputation, and offline and online multicity marketing for it.

So, I can do pretty much anything that is required and can adapt to various scenarios. I am looking for a job as an Estimator, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, etc. I will only consider a part-time opportunity with a well-known company or with a company that is looking to expand. I am also a quick learner and don't mind taking an opportunity that might have a learning curve.
