Full-time MOA required in a very busy medical office in Surrey

Candidate preferred with:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel & EMR
Knowledge of experience with MSP, ICBC & WCB billing codes

General duties and responsibilities:
Answer telephone
Checking voicemail
EMR task management
Ensuring daily paperwork completed
Escort patient to exam room
Maintain records of office supplies and inventory
Opening & closing clinic
Respond to office mail and emails
Schedule appointments & appointment maintenance
Set up/clean patient rooms
Work in reception
Baby measurements
Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
Measure patients weight and height
Prenatal, CPX and pap set up
Prepare patient for examination
Restock supplies in patient rooms
Take and record vital signs
