Strong carpentry background to ensure workmanship is in compliance with approved building plans, specifications and shop drawings.
Prepare layout according to blueprints specification and building codes
Able to: Build foundation, install floor beams, lay sub flooring, erect walls and roof systems install windows, doors, stairs and mouldings.
Calculate and layout lumber for the construction of wood structures
Strong problem solving abilities, decision-making skills, and excellent communication skills
