We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plumbing/Drainage Service Dispatcher/Office Administrator to join our team. (Must have plumbing and/or drainage dispatching experience - this is not a trucking dispatch role)

Salary ranges from $50,000-$62,000 per annum depending on experience

Job Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and create detailed work orders
Prioritize calls based on urgency and assign technicians accordingly
Communicate clearly and accurately with field staff to ensure smooth execution
Debrief with technicians post-service and flag follow-ups as needed
Maintain daily technician schedule and on-call rotations
Review customer history and offer preventative maintenance options
Provide updates and recommendations to customers regarding ongoing service
Keep customer records up-to-date in our system
Issue accurate job reports and invoices
Follow up on AR, work closely with the accounting team for the financial month end
Following up with customers after service was performed
Assist with additional administrative or coordination tasks
