Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations, prepare reports, and assist with sales communication activities. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administrative tasks and maintain organized records and filing systems.
Assist Project Manager in writing reports
Collect, analyze, and enter data accurately into company databases and spreadsheets.
Answer incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
Assist in booking flights, hotels and cars for travel
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and related documentation.
Support management with administrative projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent;
Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or sales support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong report-writing and data management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
