Watertec Irrigation has been the leading designer of agricultural irrigation systems since 1998. We have 3 office locations and employs over 40 full time sales, service and support staff. We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and focused to join our rapidly growing team.
• Daily invoicing: working alongside the sales and purchasing department to ensure proper discounts to each customer.
• Generate general invoice audits
• Process and record daily payments and prepare bank deposits
• Create and process credit returns
• Constant communication with sales reps
• Assist with general purchasing and administrative duties
Qualifications and Characteristics:
• Problem Solve: assess situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, and establish possible solutions.
• Build relationships: establish and maintain positive working relationships
• Communicate effectively: listen, speak and write in a clear manner
• Accuracy and Precision: ability to see the big picture while attending to detail.
• Ability to Organize: set priorities, develop your work schedule, track details.
• Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, G Suite an asset
Job Type: Full time
Wage: $19/hr + full benefits package after 3 months employment
