We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, assisting with order processing, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have experience in a medical office or similar environment.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and files using our computerized systems.
Utilize computer skills for order processing and invoicing.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Manage office tasks such as filing and organizing documents efficiently.
Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in basic office software applications.
Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality communication.
Experience with various phone systems and clerical duties.
