The right candidate will have experience in and be responsible for customer service, project tracking, billing and weekly payroll.

Responsibilities:

-Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing and record management, photocopying, mailings, form letters, etc.
-Invoicing for small department.
-Provide administrative support services, as necessary.
-Weekly payroll functions such as maintaining time-keeping and attendance records, reviewing timesheets for accuracy, entering data into computerized payroll systems, verifying input data, distributing paycheque/stub to employees and investigating and responding to employee inquiries related to payroll.
-Scanning documents into electronic file folders and other office tasks such as sorting and filing paperwork and documents.
-Answering and directing telephone (not busy).

Proven sense of urgency and ability to work effectively to deadlines.
Ability to juggle and meet the needs of several projects with strong work ethic, attention to detail, focus on quality.
Excellent organizational skills are critical.
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team.
Stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to past employers.
Quickbooks an asset.
Position will be based on-site in Surrey, BC (Near Langley/Surrey Border)
