New Look Home Services is excited to welcome a Scheduling Office Administrator to our team! We’re a proud, Chilliwack-based home maintenance company that’s been serving our community for over 30 years—and we’re still growing strong.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic, and fun work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Confirm next-day jobs with customers

Print and organize invoices

Schedule service requests

Support our field technicians

Answer phone calls and book in customers for service.

Phone repeat customers to assist them booking in required home maintenance.

Provide top-notch customer service

What We’re Looking For:

Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office)

Ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues is a big plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficient in spelling

A valid driver’s license is a bonus

Friendly, flexible, and ready to be part of a close-knit team
