Responsibilities and Duties:
Accounts Receivable and collections
Preparation of operating procedures
General reception and administrative duties
Co-ordination of accounting department with management
Understanding of accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail
Accounting software knowledge
Microsoft Office – well versed with Excel, Word, Outlook
Good computer and internet access. After the training is complete, most of the work can be completed from your home.
Ability to organize, schedule and execute tasks effectively under fast-paced conditions
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work closely with others
And most important a great attitude!!!
Hours of Work:
Monday – Friday hours vary
