Secondary school graduation certificate, or equivalent.
Computer and Technology Knowledge
MS Office, Google docs and sheets.
Tasks
Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or forward messages to appropriate person.
Answer e-mails in a timely manner.
Maintain manual and computerized information filing system.
Provide customer service.
Preform basic bookkeeping duties. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses and Petty Cash. Reports
Inventory control.
Shipping and Receiving, not physically.
Work Conditions
Quiet office.
Able to work independently.

Receive customer orders and payments.

Must be fluent in English, written and verbal.
