As a Welder, you’ll play a key part in new product development and the fabrication of high‑quality components that drive our next generation of equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG welding using solid wire and metal core processes
- Weld primarily in horizontal positions; vertical and overhead welding considered an asset
- Work with steel and stainless materials ranging from 12‑gauge to 1¼"
- Repair and modify products by cutting, fitting, tacking, and welding sub‑assemblies
- Operate manual and semi‑automatic welding, brazing, soldering, brake, shear, grinding, and related equipment
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and measurements with accuracy
- Participate in training, production, and safety meetings
- Support new product development initiatives at the facility
- Take on additional tasks as required to support production goals
What You Bring:
- Welding Level C certification
- Ability to read a tape measure confidently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Welder Trade Certification
- CWB certification
- Willingness to work afternoon shifts when needed
