Duties & Responsibilities
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery to fabricate components according to fabrication drawings
• Assemble parts and hardware with a focus on accuracy, quality, and consistency
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Perform regular inspections of tools and equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read or learn to read basic fabrication drawings
• Basic knowledge of power tools including saws, drills, and screw guns
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Understanding of units of measurement and basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and turn repeatedly throughout the day
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and safety-conscious mindset
