Pros:
-Original owner bought brand new off the indoor showroom floor
-Always stored inside and has never seen rain
-Never been off-road and has only seen dry pavement
-Properly broken in with its first oil change at 500 km non synthetic, second at 1500 km semi synthetic, third at 3000 km full synthetic, and just did it’s fourth at its current km of 5000
-Used Genuine Honda oil for the first two changes, then Motul 7100 4T 10W40 for the following two
-Drives nice without any issues and the seat is one of the most comfortable for dual sports
-Never been dropped, abused, or even scratched
-I viewed a brand new 2024 XR150L at the local dealership a month ago that was sitting outside and my bike with 5000 km is in nicer shape
Cons:
-Harder to start when it’s colder out and the bike is cold however it’s a common issue with the carbureted XR150L’s
Upgrades/Mods:
-All fairings/plastics removed, de stickered, polished, and coated with Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light (ceramic coating) along with all light lenses and gauge cluster
-Headlight polished and PPF clear filmed to prevent rock chips and yellowing
-Auxito LED H4 headlight bulb which is super bright at night
-Phillips LED brake light and gauge cluster light
-Battery tender and USB charger hardwired in
-Genuine Honda skid plate
-Magnetic oil drain plug
-Givi B32 top case with inside protector
-CCV hose upgrade
-Factory chain lube removed and Maxima Chain Wax applied and used thereafter as it has next to no sling
-All above upgrades were done when the bike was new with 3 km other than the top case which was installed at around 2000 km
