New vinyl/pvc thermostop sealing strips. 2" x 3/8" x ( 7' or 9' or 16' ), with a 1-1/8" flexible lip. I`ll sell you a 9', and two 7' strips for $32. This will do for most single garage doors. Guaranteed that you will wish you installed this years ago, once you have it. Dresses up the door frame and covers up the dark area between the door and the frame work. Blocks the wind, so it will be quieter and warmer inside, stops flying insects from entering, and should stop the door from rattling in the wind.
You can also, easily trim off the flexible lip, with a razor knife ( takes one minute ), and use the vinyl strip in place of wood trim, that you will never have to paint, and re-paint, or replace. Dress up your old aluminum windows with a border of these vinyl strips, and greatly enhance the curb appeal, for a very affordable price. Use can use the fluted profile, or the wood grain pattern. It also compliments most vinyl sidings wood grain pattern, so you can use it as trim on numerous applications, or just to dress up many areas in the yard, garage, shed, or house. You can bend this in a 3' to 4' arc, and able to transport 16' pieces in most cars where the trunk opens to the interior.
