We believe somebody took this orange tabby figuring he was neglected. He was seen with some traffic control people in the pouring rain. We know they were concerned, but he wasn’t homeless. He was well looked after he’s just a strange orange cat that likes to be outside please just return him back to the neighborhood. Is biological sister misses him and his human families
