General Labourer for Truelight Building

Job Summary & Expectations: We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is motivated, physically fit, and comfortable working in a variety of outdoor and indoor environments.
- Assist skilled tradespeople on construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as required
- Clean and prepare construction sites
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of safety protocols
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
