Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse & Trailer Assembly Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves assembling trailers, safely moving and stacking trailers, unloading shipping containers and freight, and assisting with general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and experienced operating a forklift.
Responsibilities
* Assemble trailers and install components according to company standards
* Safely stack, move, and organize trailers within the yard
* Operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials
* Unload shipping containers and freight deliveries
* Load and unload trucks and trailers
* Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe warehouse
* Inspect trailers for quality and report any issues
* Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
* Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
* Previous forklift experience (certification is an asset)
* Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly work preferred
* Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand and power tools
* Ability to lift up to 50-100lbs and perform physically demanding work
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Valid driver’s license is an asset
