The top is 16x8mm rectangular box on a shank that tapers 11-5mm, claw set with 3 x 3.8mm rubies "AA" quality, weighed before setting at 0.76ct, and 26 diamonds weighing 0.33ct F/G H; VS 2/SI 1, set around the rubies and in the sides of the box.
