Time to get serious about your New Year's Resolution: Lose weight & get fit. Further to that end I have, for sale, one Weight Set. Very good condition. Consisting of: One long (straight) stainless bar threaded both ends (5feet long) & one medium length curl bar (46 inches long) non-threaded and two short Dumbbell bars threaded both ends. Includes screw-on clips & spring clips to hold the weights in place. The weights include: 2ea.15lb Weider; 2ea.8lb Weider; 2ea.5.5lb Weider; 2ea.4.4lb. Weider; 2ea. 5lb York. (All weights are black in colour except York are gold.) Also included is a very nice, like new, weight bench. Please respond by email including the day and time you want to come by to pick the set up. The photographs show everything including the quality of this set $125 dollars cash or will trade for an acoustic guitar in good condition. Cheerio !!
