Home is, indeed, where my heart is - and I put mine into it. I have many excellent references that'll say this
I was born & raised in White Rock - so I’m a little spoiled for livable neighbourhoods - but I’ve travelled broadly and can find the joy of almost any community. That said - anything close my hometown is a big plus as I’ve still got a Dad in his 90s there to see & visit.
In any case - I’m looking widely (like- W.R. to Mission to Horseshoe Bay for one of two possible rentals;
1) A Private (no shared nuthin’ - except maybe laundry) Bachelor, 1 Bd, Studio or cottage with some possible included utilities? Somewhere near or under $1,000
2) A nice, again private, place to park & plug-in a small, good-looking, Class C Motor home that I own. Sewer - not essential as it has a large tank & I can drive to empty it once a month - but would be nice if grey-water (dishes & shower) had a place to drain within 50ft.
I’d like to pay $600-$700 for the right place. I can even be flexible (come & go) at $200 per Week if that might work better - I have an excellent camping membership up in Cultus Lake.
I’m also open to other - Caretaker, partial-work situations to keep things affordable. I will always deal with people in a fair & equitable manner and expect others to do the same.
