I am looking for a nice clean quiet apartment to rent, my budget is between 1200 and 1500 per month. I am 65 years old christian senior, caucasian, nonsmoker and I don't drink or use drugs at all.
I would also be interested in a small cottage or farm coach house. I have a very good pension plan including RSP's totalling over 50k annually and I like to do some part time work just to stay active. I am open to most areas in the Fraser Valley, except Hope, BC, which is a bit to far from the City and good shopping options.
