Semi retired senior looking for a spacy top floor unit in Abby! (Abbotsford)

I am a single, 62 year young, semi retired man without pets, very organized, reliable, and orderly. I am quiet and like quietness, hence the desire to find a top floor unit.
I am looking for something very specific.
It is a spacious 1 bedroom unit with at least 700 square feet of living space on the top floor, facing north. It can also be a 2 bedroom unit but then the livable space should exceed 900 square feet. My maximum budget is $1,600/month. Not that I cannot afford more, but I am thinking ahead to the years I am retired.
I know this will limit my chances of success but I am in no hurry at all. If you have a unit like that, ready within 2 month of making contact, I assure you that you will not regret renting it to me. On a side note, I am looking for a long term rent/lease agreement. If you are a condo owner, planning to sell within a few years, please do not offer your unit to me. I am very financially secure and have great references to provide.
