Family looking for a home (Mission/abbotsford/aldergrove)

I am putting the feelers out for april/may 2026
We are looking for a 4-5 bedroom 1.5 -2 bathroom whole house or upper suite with exclusive sole use of the back yard, a bit about use we are a multi generational family it's my self 36 my mom 60 my dad 61 my daughter 20 and my cousin 36, looking to move in spring of 2026 to a bigger place, with a decent yard, we have 2 dogs both are Rescues Yoda( 4 year old husky mix fixed) and Loki ( 1 year old bernese Shepard mix unfixed due to breed and age ) we also have 2 cats that have been with us since they were kittens, my mom and I both work full time in construction and make well over 3500 a month each.
We can afford 3300 with out utilities and 3600 if all utilities are included. Prefer no gas, hydro only
Must haves*
Laundry( separate from kitchen or bathroom)
Dishes washer
Electric stove
A minimum of 1.5 bathrooms
We would love a garage but it's not a deal breaker if there isn't one
Fenced yard or permission to put up our own fence
Parking for atleast 3 vehicles
I know it's a long ways away but we want to find our perfect place
