Orenda Wellness in Maple Ridge is looking for 1-2 more Registered Massage Therapists to join our team! Full-time or part-time available. We have multiple RMTs on maternity leave and need coverage for their patients. This is not just a locum, however, we have space for new RMTs to stay with us long term.
***Please note that we run without reception. You will be responsible for billing insurers and receiving payment from your patients. Most of our patients book online through JaneApp. We will train you on direct-billing and using our software if needed - it’s really easy! ***
Our main goal is to have a positive, friendly, and supportive clinic environment. We don’t do drama or office politics. Life is hard enough, your workplace shouldn’t be a source of stress. Let’s take care of our patients, have a laugh, and enjoy a lucrative income!
Here is what we have to offer:
Low rent - We offer a flat rate daily room rental. You pay your rent and treat as many people as you want per day. There will be no pressure for you to treat a certain number of patients per day, that’s up to you to decide! For a full day we charge $105 plus GST and the room is yours for the day. Choose your hours and structure your day however you want. We also offer a half-day option for $75 plus GST. (Anytime-2pm or 2pm-anytime).
Freedom - You pick how you want to structure your day. You will have your own key to access the clinic, and you choose what hours you want to work and how many patients you want to see. We give you the autonomy to run your practice how you would like to. You pay your low rental fee and we won’t be looking over your shoulder telling you how to structure your day.
We provide everything you need to get working right away - Every room has an electric table (save your back!). We provide linens, pregnancy cushions, cleaning supplies, and laundry onsite. We use JaneApp for patient booking, charting, and payments. We also have a website that you will be added to.
Your income directly into your account - we use JaneApp and payments made by credit or debit card are deposited directly into your bank account. You are also welcome to use your own POS machine from a different provider (Square, Elavon etc.) Payments direct billed to insurers will also be sent right to you. You won’t need to wait for us to send you a cheque.
Bright, clean, beautiful treatment rooms - The space has large windows and gets a lot of natural light. We also have rooms with no windows if you would prefer a darker treatment room.
Staff room - No need to eat in your treatment room. We have a staff room with a fridge, microwave, Keurig machine (we provide coffee pods too, yay caffeine!), and a table for you to eat/chart/chill.
Owners that care - Our clinic is owned by two RMTs. We will respond promptly if there are any issues that you need addressed. If something breaks, we are on it quickly. If you need help with a difficult situation, we have your back and will navigate it with you. We are friendly, open and caring people who want you to succeed.
