Food Guideline Eliminates Dairy & Products: by Health Canada. Soon to be released
has removed milk and milk products from the original primary Guide has suggested only
one pint of milk intake every day. Canadians are instead encouraged to make up their daily
protein intake through healthy alternate sources such as legumes, & unsalted nuts.
As for beverages, the new guide promotes drinking water instead of milk.
