All close with a zipper and come empty. I only put items in them to show how much they can hold. Again, they come empty.
They could be used to store cosmetics; nail polishes, files and scissors; hair items; phone chargers and extra cables and batteries; wax/pencil crayons; jewelry when traveling; First Aid kit items; items needed for menstruation; etc.

As you can see in the pictures, each bag can hold multiple items. Remember that it comes empty.

When closed, they have the shape of a cylinder.
In the pictures, there are 15 bottles of nail polish in one side of the bag, and several hair items (a comb, two large hair clips, several hair elastics, scrunchies, barrettes, etc.) in the other half of the bag. It shows you how much it can hold.
