We just had both pieces professionally deep cleaned and protected on Oct 20th.
They are both in like new condition aside from one minor (1cm) imperfection on each piece. (*see pics) and have not been used since being cleaned.

Everything works perfectly, exactly as it should. The chair rocks, reclines and lays almost all the way flat for maximum comfort and convenience.
The sofa has a wall safe (Reclina-way) recliner on each end, and the center piece is stationary.
This set is super comfortable and very clean. FREE DELIVERY is included with purchase OR they can be picked up anytime during the day in Langley Township area near Home Depot.
