We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Manager / Builder & Part Time Office Admin.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on construction knowledge and can also handle administrative and project coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Communicate and coordinate with city departments, permitting offices, and other authorities.
Assist with permit applications, inspections, and project documentation.
Handle office administration, emails, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and comply with local regulations.
Requirements:
Experience in construction management, building, or project coordination.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
Experience dealing with municipal offices, permits, and city processes is an asset.
Good computer and office administration skills.
