Bright Angels Children’s Center is seeking a Program Manager – Infant, Toddler and Preschool. It is a leadership role responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of early childhood education programs for children aged 0 to 5 years. This position ensures that all programming meets developmental milestones, complies with licensing regulations, and reflects current best practices in early learning. The Program Manager works closely with families, staff, and the Center Director to foster a nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
Salary and Benefits:
Regular Full Time, 30-40 hours per week
Wage: $37 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership and Curriculum Development
• Develop and oversee age-appropriate, play-based curricula for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
• Ensure alignment with provincial early childhood education frameworks and developmental standards
• Promote inclusive, culturally responsive, and child-centered learning environments
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to support continuous improvement
Family and Community Engagement
• Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with families
• Facilitate regular communication and engagement opportunities to support family involvement in the learning process
• Serve as a liaison between families and the center to address developmental concerns and support transitions
Operational and Administrative Oversight
• Assist the Center Director in managing program budgets and allocating resources to meet educational and operational needs
• Collaborate with the Center Director on strategic planning, staff hiring and development, and center-wide initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations
Qualifications and Requirements
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field
• Valid ECE certification in British Columbia
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education
• Strong knowledge of child development, curriculum planning, and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Current certification in First Aid and CPR
• Clear criminal record check and up-to-date immunization records
