ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Investigations Department - Hospitality Division provides hotel/bar/restaurants with feedback about customer service and compliance through MYSTERY SHOPPING.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 (or equivalent)
- Age 19 or older with 2 valid pieces of ID.
- A valid email address
- Access to internet and excellent computer skills
- MS Word/Excel Version 2000 or above
- Keen observation and superior customer service skills
- Excellent writing and reporting skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
Excellent attention to detail, along with superior observation skills are required.
